Connect your Strava account to display your Arc workouts on your Strava profile and list Strava Running activities in your Arc Log.

What is Strava?

Strava is a fitness tracking platform and social network designed primarily for runners, cyclists, and athletes to record, analyze, and share their workouts using GPS data.

How to connect Strava to Arc

  1. Make sure you have the Arc app and a Strava account (sign up via the Strava app or strava.com)

  2. Open the Arc app

  3. Tap the Planning tab

  4. Scroll down and tap on Strava

  5. Tap Connect with Strava

  6. Log in to your Strava account

  7. Select authorization options (e.g., upload activities) and tap Authorize

  8. Return to the Arc app and you'll see your Strava activities in your log

How Arc uses your Strava data

Once connected, you can post your Arc strength workouts to Strava after completing a session and import Strava running activities into your Arc log.

Troubleshooting Strava Sync Issues

If your running Strava activities aren't showing up in Arc:

  1. Disconnect Strava from Arc in Planning > Strava

  2. Reconnect by following the steps above

  3. Ensure your activities are set to public visibility in Strava
